Then when anyone would create, say a Section, they would automatically have that View Template applied to their view. With BIM, you can use as much or as little of the technology as you are willing and able. I think it would be much more useful to split this node into Sheets by Name Number and Title to make empty sheets and then Place View on Sheet with a View input and X,Y coords relative to the title block origin.
